Guess who is learning how to make use of the blog and news area on our site?!  That's right, yours truly has stepped into the present to make an attempt at increasing my technical knowledge - at least to the level of my children - to keep you all up to date on all the cool milestones that SDC has accomplished in the past year (and change) that we've been collecting diapers.

I thought that I would start by recapping some of the bigger stories that have happened recently, just in case you missed them being posted via social media.  And if you did miss them, you could always like and follow us on Facebook (@soileddiaperscomposting) and Instagram (@soileddiapers) so you'll never be late to the party again.  No judging from this guy, though.  I'm usually the last one to arrive!

Let me start with the first in a trilogy of news coverage SDC was featured in this year.  The Star Metro Calgary team featured us in a story along-side a blogger-mamma of twins.  She used cloth exclusively on her older two children, but with the overwhelming change of having twins, was thoroughly relieved to have an eco-friendly option available for disposable use.  We were only too happy to help out until the routine of twins set in and she could go back to using cloth.
